Healthy Neighborhoods LOAN Pre-Application

To be eligible for a Healthy Neighborhoods loan, you must fill out a pre-application form. This form helps us understand what type of loan you would like and the amount you would like to borrow. Completing this form does not guarantee a loan.

You will be asked questions about income, outstanding debt and the amount of renovation work you would like to do. You should refer to your most recent paystubs and a recent credit report. This information will be held in confidence.

After we quickly review the pre-application form, we will contact you to continue processing your pre-application.
